Skill Labs provides extended-time accommodations for students with accessibility needs. Both students and instructors should review this article to understand how to request and apply these adjustments.
What time extensions are available by default?
All students have access to 15-minute session extensions when the lab timer reaches 3 minutes remaining. These can be applied repeatedly as needed during an active session.
How do I request a formal accessibility accommodation?
For approved accessibility accommodations that require a longer initial time limit, contact Skill Labs Learning Support with the following information at skilllabs.support@acilearning.com so we can review the request.

- Required duration adjustment
I'm an instructor — how do I submit an accessibility request for a student?
Forward the student's accommodation request to Skill Labs Learning Support at skilllabs.support@acilearning.com. Include the student's name, the lab name, and the specific time adjustment needed. The support team will apply the accommodation to the student's account.
Note: Accessibility accommodations are applied at the account level and must be requested in advance. Extensions added during an active session are separate from formal accommodations.
