August 13, 2026: Lab Access Impact — Phoenix Data Center
We were alerted by our Phoenix data center partner of high temperature conditions within their facility. As a result, the data center has been placed into maintenance mode. We are actively working with our data center partner toward resolution.
The following guidance applies based on your lab type.
Next Steps
Non-Persistent Labs
Access can be restored immediately.
- Select Stop in the top right of the lab.
- Select Start to relaunch.
Access will be restored right away. Please note that this will reset your progress in that lab session.
Persistent Labs
Labs hosted in the affected data center are not currently accessible. You have two options.
Option 1 — Wait for restoration.
Our team is actively working with the data center to bring the environment back online. This is the recommended path if you do not need immediate access, as your saved progress will be preserved.
Option 2 — Restart the lab.
If you need access today, you may restart your lab. Please be aware that restarting will reset all saved progress. We recommend this only as a last resort.
